Monitor, record & control the entry and exit into your premises to both visitors & employees

Turnstile gates are the perfect access control solution for improving the security of your business if you are looking for an access control system that does not need to be managed but enables you to control the access for multiple users. They can be used solely for perimeter protection to control large numbers of people entering a premise as a means of recording employee attendance or as a fire mustering register. Turnstile gates can be fully integrated with access control to enable you to record and monitor employee and visitor actions and access. If using an entry card, we can even implement a back pass functionality to stop the same card being used by different people. At OLS we work with you to understand your key requirements so we can provide the right solution to work for your business.

Mobile Access Control

A convenient, secure, and modern form of access control

Mobile devices have become an essential part of our day-to-day lives. They are shaping different systems we use, not only to connect with people but to manage our lives and businesses as well. Mobile Access Control allows devices like smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets to be used instead of key cards or key fobs, to gain access to secured doors, gates, networks, services and more. Connected to a secure management dashboard, you can instantly grant, disable, and manage permissions from anywhere at any time.

The advantages of Turnstiles

If you need to control entrance into your premise and allow access one person at a time, then a turnstile access control system is the best solution for your business.

A turnstile gate can be programmed to work in 2 different ways if there is a power outage or emergency. Fail safe is where the turnstile gate will automatically unlock giving free access until the power is restored. Fail secure is where the turnstile gate will immediately lock stopping all access until the power has been turned back on.

There are many different types of turnstiles to choose from including Fast Response, Accessible, Waist Height and Full Height and they all offer a high degree of protection to your business. In terms of which turnstile offers the most protection it is really down to your individual business, and which is the best solution that will work for your key access control objectives.

Nearly all turnstile gates must be set to fail safe on instalment due to health and safety so in the event of an emergency you will not be locked inside the building if there is a power cut or emergency.
