With technology now playing a pivotal role in modern security, our accredited team leverages extensive industry experience to provide up‑to‑the‑minute cloud‑based solutions, supported by national engineering coverage, industry‑leading partnerships with UKG, Acre and Suprema, and proven expertise in advanced system integrations. We now deliver secure, scalable and innovative solutions to clients across the UK and internationally.

2009

Founded by Ollie Law to deliver high‑quality, reliable and professional security services.

Incorporation

Became a Limited company in 2011, growing into a thriving business through advanced technology and bespoke access control expertise.

Preferred UK installer - Service and maintenance supplier for Kronos efficient products across the UK and Ireland.

New premises

Moved to Armstrong House in Doncaster, expanding services and team as new contracts secured across multiple sectors nationwide

2016

Achieved SSAIB accreditation for Access Control and CCTV, recognising OLS’s expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of high‑quality security systems.

Leadership team

Senior Leadership Team formed to drive continued growth and ensure we deliver the highest standards of service. Our ambition is to be the provider of choice for Access Control, IP CCTV installations, ANPR and fully integrated security systems.

New premises

2021

Expanded into new premises at Avro Park, Doncaster, after outgrowing our previous base. Owning our own property at the Avro Park Development unlocks new opportunities for growth and supports the delivery of larger contracts.

Owner, Founder & CEO

Ollie founded OLS in 2009 and continues to lead the business with a focus on strategic growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Under his direction, OLS has expanded its reach, supporting partners and clients across the UK, Europe, the USA, and Australia.With more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, Ollie brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record of delivering effective solutions across a wide range of sectors. His specialist expertise lies in transitioning customers to the cloud, designing bespoke, technology driven systems that align with each client’s unique needs and expectations.Committed to staying at the forefront of industry advancements, Ollie continually explores emerging technologies and integrates them into the OLS methodology, ensuring the company remains innovative, agile, and future focused.

Claire

Owner & Commercial Director

Claire has been an owner of OLS since its inception and took on an active strategic role in 2017. As Commercial Director, she focuses on shaping and guiding the company’s long term commercial direction rather than day to day operations. Her work centres on developing and implementing commercial strategies that support sustainable growth and align with the organisation’s wider objectives.She provides oversight of business planning, organisational efficiency, and compliance, ensuring that OLS continues to operate to the highest standards and remains well positioned for future development.With a master’s degree in education, Claire brings a strong commitment to training, development, and lifelong learning. She embeds this ethos across the company, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth for all staff.

Jason

Operations Director

Jason joined OLS in 2024 as Operations Director. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a strong background in business growth, change management, and operational strategy, he plays a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting OLS’s expansion across the UK and international markets.Jason is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and operational excellence. His strategic approach strengthens OLS’s capability to scale effectively while maintaining a consistently high level of service.

Tasha

Office Manager

Tasha joined OLS in 2019 as a part time Administrator and has since progressed to the role of Office Manager. In this position, she oversees the administration and accounts functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day to day business operations.With more than 15 years of experience in office and business administration, Tasha brings strong organisational skills and a deep understanding of operational processes. Her expertise supports the wider team and contributes to the company’s continued growth and professionalism.Tasha is a strong advocate for on the job learning as a pathway into the security sector. She embraces her role as both mentor and manager to our Apprentices, fostering a supportive environment that encourages development and long term career progression.

Dan

Technical Account Manager

Dan joined OLS in 2019 after working with the company for many years as a trusted subcontractor. Since becoming a full time member of the team, he has progressed into the role of Technical Account Manager. During his time with OLS, he successfully completed a Level 5 Operations Manager apprenticeship with distinction, further strengthening his leadership and operational capabilities. In his current role, Dan delivers tailored technical solutions and maintains strong, long term relationships with clients across multiple sectors.A qualified Electrician with more than 25 years of experience, Dan brings extensive knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, and commercial environments. He enjoys working closely with clients, supporting our engineers, and applying his broad skill set to meet the demands of an ever evolving and highly technical role. His proactive approach and deep expertise enhance the capability of our engineering team and contribute to the successful delivery of complex client projects.

Andy

Technical Operations Manager

Andy is OLS’s Technical Operations Manager, leading our technical operations department with a strong focus on strategic development and operational excellence. Since joining the business in 2025, he has brought a wealth of experience in operations management, already making a significant impact on the department’s structure, performance, and long term direction.Andy is dedicated to optimising processes, supporting our engineering teams, and driving innovation across all technical functions. His leadership ensures that OLS continues to deliver high quality, client focused security solutions—right first time, every time—while strengthening our capability to scale and evolve in line with industry demands.
