Process management is a form of detection via a specially designed CCTV/VSS system to detect faults and potential issues within machinery before they become a problem whereby production has to shut down and thousands of pounds are lost from the downtime.

It works via thermal technology that picks up the start of a fault such as loose bearings, worn down parts, overheating etc. The system can also be used in environments such as waste process sites to detect when there is any over heating of parts/ rubbish on conveyor belts to prevent fires and serious incidents.
