OLS have been fantastic throughout the project. They provided us with a great solution for the issues we were facing with antisocial behaviour at Doncaster Youth Jazz Assocation. The HD CCTV with white light technology helps to deter antisocial behaviour and the ACT365 cloud-based access control system helps to keep the site secure.

DYJA
DYJA (Doncaster Youth Jazz Association) are a specialist venue teaching a range of music tuition, instrumental masterclasses, and ensemble workshops at their premises in the heart of Doncaster.
DYJA were previously experiencing anti-social behaviour close to the site premises especially at night. With student’s safety in mind DYJA see security as a priority and OLS have had the pleasure of partnering with them to make a safer environment by increasing security and creating a deterrent for antisocial behaviour.
The Solution
A fully auditable fob-based door entry system and CCTV
OLS were tasked with providing a fully auditable fob-based door entry system and additional CCTV to their buildings.
An ACT365 cloud-based access control system was installed at the entrance and each of the DYJA team members were issued with a fob and are now required to swipe in and out of site when attending and leaving so their presence on site is fully accounted for in the event of an evacuation or to "track and trace".
CCTV was installed using HD Cameras for the purpose of crime prevention and health and safety monitoring, utilising white light technology and video analysis to deter antisocial behaviour. All systems are viewable via the smart phone application.
The Results
The ACT365 cloud-based access control system that we fitted has continuously prevented unwanted visitors entering the site and helped to keep the premises secure and both students and staff safe.
The white light on the HD camera on the CCTV system has been successful in deterring anti-social behaviour close to the centre at night.
DYJA are a registered charity and OLS have been happy to support them with the security of their site.
