Low usage electric powered gates and barriers should be serviced on average 1-2 times per year whereas heavy usage gates need to be serviced more frequently. At OLS we offer proactive servicing and maintenance contracts to suit your business so that any wear and tear can be addressed, and you can be assured of full operational capacity.

Electric gates and barriers can be set to either fail safe or fail secure if there is a power cut. Fail safe means the gate or barrier will automatically open, fail secure means the gate or barrier will automatically lock.

You can integrate your electric gate or barrier with an access control system. There are various options available including – intercom, CCTV, as well as automating your gate to open remotely from your smartphone.
